About Us

OUR FOUNDER

Many of our founder’s earliest inquiries about the world involved two questions: “how come?” and “but, why?”

Andrea Moiseve is a philanthropist, strategist, businesswoman, and social cause advocate who has spent the last two decades championing efforts to unlock a healthier, happier, and more equitable world. Today, she leads , an organization founded to accelerate the pace of progress for young people, everywhere.

A graduate of UC Berkeley, her original professional goals were focused on research-based science. However, after completing a prestigious learning opportunity at the Knight Cognitive Neuroscience Laboratory, her goals shifted. Though Andrea valued the discipline and quiet focus of lab-site studies, she found that she preferred to engage directly within kinetic neighborhoods to address the social issues that most impacted collective community advancement. Every block had a story. Stories matter. All voices should be heard.

An innately spirited, systems-based curiosity has been one of Andrea’s fiercest allies throughout her professional career. Her ability to connect, seemingly disparate, data points has made her work as an impact strategist & social responsibility entrepreneur that much more effective. She loves building new things that uplift others and partners, exclusively, with a highly curated selection of prosocial pioneers interested in building meaningful moments for maximum impact – whether those focus on architecting large-scale movements, amplifying impact storytelling, building programs, producing events, stewarding strategic partnerships, or structuring blended capital opportunities.

Andrea has partnered with Fortune 500 companies, award-winning creatives, top athletes and teams across the NBA, WNBA, NHL, and MLB, state and local government agencies, and global family offices and investment capital groups. Her impact initiatives have been awarded recognition by several professional sport leagues and the Los Angeles Business Journal Women’s Council.

Andrea currently serves on the board of the Beverly Hills Fire Department Foundation in honor of her late father who served as a firefighter for 30 years and died in the line of duty due to work-related injuries. She is a donor and volunteer to many important causes and is an investor always on the hunt for the next early-stage social entrepreneur looking to build a legacy of good. Andrea co-founded T.C.G. in 2025 to design and aggregate SPVs, funds and sub-funds with values-aligned families, LPs and corporates. T.C.G. is a member of the World Economic Forum.
